1.1 Booking an appointment before visiting Salon Studio is advisable to ensure availability.
1.2 We are happy to reschedule your booking, subject to availability, provided you give us prior notice.
1.3 Appointments will be held for 15 minutes from the booked time. If you do not arrive within this time frame, your appointment will be considered canceled.
2.1 We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or any specific service that we believe may not be safe or suitable, given the customer's medical, hygiene, or physical condition.
2.2 Salon Studio and its staff also retain the right to refuse service to any customer displaying verbal or physical abuse.
3.1 When applicable, please fill out the "Declaration cum Consent" form provided by the salon with accurate and complete information to enable us to offer appropriate consultation and services.
3.2 Inform your expert of any medical conditions before receiving a service, as certain services may not be suitable for you.
4.1 Salon Studio reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
4.2 The prices billed will be based on the date of service delivery and may be subject to prevailing tax rates.
5.1 All valuables brought into the salon are the sole responsibility of the customer. Salon Studio will not be liable for any loss or damage.
5.2 Salon Studio maintains the highest health, safety, ethics, and compliance standards with applicable laws and regulations. Please contact the Salon Manager to provide feedback or report any incidents not in accordance with these standards.
6.1 Salon Studio follows a "No Refund" policy. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 15 days of availing the service at Info@salonstudio.me / +48 797 259 935.
6.2 After the completion of the service as per agreed terms, the customer is liable to pay the entire service charge.
7.1 We accept cash and Credit/Debit cards affiliated with Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.
7.2 Please collect your bill upon completion of services. If you have a valid mobile number registered with us, we will send you a bill via SMS. Physical bills are also available at the salon.
